Can I change plan at any time?
Yes — upgrade immediately, downgrade at the end of the period. No cancellation fees.
Is there a trial period for Premium?
The Free plan lets you try the platform with no time limit. For Premium, a 14-day trial is available on request via our contact form.
Is Swiss VAT included?
Offriva.ch is not currently subject to Swiss VAT. All prices are displayed and billed inclusive, without VAT. This will be reviewed when the legal revenue threshold is reached.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and TWINT via our partner Stripe. Enterprise plans can be invoiced (net 30 days).
What happens if I exceed my Free offer limit?
You receive a notification and can upgrade in one click. Your existing offers remain active — you simply can't create new ones.
Are prices guaranteed?
Yes — merchants on a paid plan benefit from a guaranteed rate for 12 months. Any pricing changes are communicated 30 days in advance.
