How does Offriva.ch work?
Offriva.ch centralizes all promotions and deals from Swiss stores in one place. Merchants publish their own offers on our platform. You can browse them for free, without registration, and filter by category, canton or type (in-store / online).
Do I need to create an account to see offers?
No — all offers can be browsed freely without an account. An account is only needed to save favourites, set up personalised alerts, or subscribe to the newsletter.
What is an Offriva exclusive deal?
Offriva exclusives are deals negotiated directly with merchants, available only on our platform. They carry a yellow EXCLUSIVE badge and cannot be found on other deal platforms.
Is Offriva.ch really free for visitors?
Yes, completely free for consumers. No hidden fees, no subscription, no targeted advertising. Offriva.ch is funded by merchant subscriptions.
Is Offriva.ch available in English for expats?
Yes! The platform is fully available in FR · EN — German and Italian coming soon. Use the language selector at the top of any page. Offriva.ch was designed with Switzerland's English-speaking community in mind.
Registration & publishing
How do I publish my offers on Offriva.ch?
Create a merchant account, complete your store profile, then publish your first offer via the self-service form. Your offer will be reviewed and published within 24 hours. With a Pro plan, publication is immediate.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, with no fees or notice period. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
What is the difference between plans?
Free: 3 active offers, 1 category per offer, basic stats.
Standard (CHF 29/month): 15 offers, 2 categories, verified badge.
Pro (CHF 79/month): Unlimited offers, 3 categories, Offriva exclusives, immediate publication, full analytics.

Can I assign multiple categories to one offer?
Yes — the number of categories per offer depends on your plan: Free = 1, Standard = 2, Pro = 3, Custom = 5. A multi-category offer appears in all matching filters, giving you more visibility.
Example: a sports drink can appear in both "Sport" AND "Food & Grocery" with a Standard plan.

Who is behind Offriva.ch?
Offriva.ch is an independent Swiss platform based in Geneva. Our mission is to centralise all promotions from Swiss stores in one place — in French, German, Italian and English. We are neither a retailer nor an ad network — just a trusted intermediary between merchants and consumers.
Does Offriva.ch sell products directly?
No. Offriva.ch is a promotion aggregation platform — we don't sell anything directly. All offers belong to partner merchants. When you click on an offer, you are redirected to the merchant's website or visit the store directly.
I already have my own website — why publish on Offriva.ch?
Your website attracts your existing customers. Offriva.ch exposes you to new customers who don't know you yet. A consumer searching "grocery deals Geneva" will find Offriva.ch on Google — without us, your offer is invisible to them.
You can publish the exact same offers as on your own website — no exclusivity required on the Free plan.
I already send a newsletter — what's the added value?
Your newsletter reaches your existing subscribers. The Offriva.ch newsletter reaches thousands of subscribers who are not yet your customers. It's an acquisition channel, not a retention one — both serve different moments in the customer journey.
I'm active on Instagram and Facebook — what does Offriva.ch add?
Social media reaches your existing followers and whoever the algorithm chooses to show. Offriva.ch works differently: these are consumers who actively search for deals — a much stronger purchase intent. Plus, your offers on Offriva.ch are indexed by Google. An Instagram post is not.
Will Offriva.ch compete with me?
No. Offriva.ch sells nothing directly and holds no stock. We are a neutral showcase — like a shopping centre that drives footfall and lets each store handle its own sales. Your customer relationship remains entirely yours.
